That depends heavily on the use case. The initial consultation is always free. Pilot projects typically start in the low five-figure range. Whether the investment pays off is something we figure out together upfront – I don't start projects where the ROI isn't realistically achievable.

Yes. I prefer local Edge Computing – meaning your data never leaves the factory premises. Where cloud connectivity makes sense (e.g., for dashboards), I only use European, GDPR-compliant providers. But the decision is always yours.

Not necessarily. For computer vision projects, I often bring the right camera equipment and we collect data on-site together. For predictive maintenance, existing sensors can be used or new ones installed. For RAG projects, existing documents, manuals, or maintenance logs serve as a starting basis.

RAG stands for Retrieval-Augmented Generation – simply put: a private AI chatbot that searches through your internal documents and answers questions about them. Instead of spending hours searching through maintenance manuals or standard documents, your employees simply ask the system. Runs completely locally, your data stays with you.

I communicate directly with your PLC (Siemens, Beckhoff) via OPC-UA or digital I/O. Installation takes place in your existing control cabinets – no modification of the production line needed. The goal is always: minimal disruption, maximum impact.
